Collective entrepreneur, businessman, Founder of KUNFUD® the premier international security mercantile agency and cofounder of various startups like Lumiversity®, Blue Future Organization, KRON WORLD® and member of KRONOSA ALLIANCE. Member of the Spanish National Body as Vicepresident of the CTN71/SC307, mirror committee with ISO TC307 since 2017. Cofounding member of INATBA and co-chair for the Standards Committee. Principal advisor for IADB and BID Lab in LACChain alliance and LACNet.
Current Convenor for WG3 Smart Contracts and its applications in ISO TC 307. Liaison officer for INATBA, LACCNet, EEA and Open Geospatial Consortium for ISO TC 307. Liaison Officer between ITU-T and INATBA. Member of the technical board of IEEE for Blockchain and Spatial Web. Member of the Dynamic Coalition in IFG for Blockchain Assurance and Standardisation. Author of various articles and publications included the European Rolling Plan for Standardization in CitiVerse.
Awarded by ITU-T FG DLT and FG Metaverse contributions.
