The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) is a public research university located in Greensboro, North Carolina.
UNCG offers a diverse range of academic programs, including over 150 undergraduate and more than 200 graduate degree options. The university is organized into several colleges and schools. The UNCG had an important role in SEEBLOCKS.eu Workshop “Blockchain - A Transformative Power for a Transatlantic Digital Posterity”during the SES Conference 2025 in New Orleans (USA), by being part of the panel “Fostering joint innovation in Blockchain Standardisation for Transatlantic Digital Posterity?”. An UNCG debated, along with USA and European panelists, how and on which points USA and Europe should foster collaboration to promote the creation of global blockchain standards that allow a stronger unified digital future and support the evolution of the digital landscape.
UNCG also had an active role on SEEBLOCKS.eu webinar “Blockchain in Global Trade and Supply Chains: Applications, Governance, and Industry Challenges”, focused on blockchain applications for trade and supply chains.
